Washi Tape Heart

Instructions

1. Adhere washi tape to heart in diagonal stripes, alternating colors.
2. Cut desired pieces from February Cut-Apart paper. Adhere to heart.
3. To create banner, use a pencil to curve paper; cut notches in each end. Adhere to heart at lower curves.
4. Embellish as desired with baker’s twine and flowers.
