Materials

  • Sierra Pacific NST 190 – MF Sign Blank with two holes at top, 5 x 5 inch
  • Scrapbook paper of your choice
  • Tacky or Elmer’s Glue
  • Paper Accents 4x4 Tin Sheet
  • Ribbon
  • Petaloo Flowers to match paper
  • Monogram Vinyl Letter
  • Acrylic paint for plaque

Instructions

  1. Paint plaque front and back – let dry.
  2. Cut paper to 5x5 and glue onto plaque. Smooth out and let dry.
  3. Glue on flat metal. Rub on vinyl monogram per instructions.
  4. Add ribbon tie to top and Petaloo flowers as you like.
