Instructions

  1. Cut apart tags from February Cut-Apart Paper.
  2. Mat decorative tags on cardstock.
  3. Ink edges of tags.
  4. Attach matted tags to larger tags as desired.
  5. Embellish with ribbon, flowers and baker’s twine.
