Materials

  1. Small Wood Chest
  2. Paint
  3. Ribbon & Elastic
  4. Mod Podge Foam Brush
  5. Scrapbook Paper & Stickers
  6. Crochet Flower Trim
  7. Staple Gun
  8. Glue

Directions

  1. White wash box with thinned craft paint.

  2. Carefully paint hinges and handle to match.

  3. Use the Mod Podge as a glue and sealer to cover box with coordinating scrapbook paper.

  4. Sew ribbon to elastic, stretch as you sew.

  5. Staple elastic to thicker wood areas to hold tea set.

  6. Decorate with stickers and flowers.

  7. Brush the Mod Podge over paper embellishments to act as a sealer.
