We are excited to offer free shipping to any Beverly's store location! To take advantage of this offer, please follow the steps below:

Step 2 - Fill out your shipping information

Step 3 - Select FREE In-Store Delivery

Please note: a California shipping address is required to activate the free shipping offer.

Step 4 - Select which Beverly’s Store location you would like your order shipped to, and agree to the terms.

PLEASE READ: Important Details and policies about In-Store Delivery

The package will be available for pick-up in your local store, within approximately 2-3 business weeks. You will be notified via email and telephone, as soon as your package is available for pick-up. Please carefully review the following policies for in-store delivery orders:

  • Beverlys.com is solely responsible for the entirety of this transaction. All questions regarding the status of the order, transaction details, return policy and pick-up information, must be directed to Beverlys.com customer service, via email (customercare@beverlys.com), or telephone (209-473-4954).

  • You will be notified via email and telephone, by a Beverlys.com customer service representative, as soon as your package is available for pick-up.

  • You must have a copy of your order confirmation or invoice, to be presented to store personnel, for pick-up.

  • You must collect your package by the date specified in your next notification email. This will be 7 days from the date your order is submitted for pick-up.

  • If package is not collected within 7 business days, it will be returned to Beverlys.com, and a refund will be issued within 5 business days from our receipt of the package.

  • Should you decide to return any merchandise, you will be responsible for any shipping fees incurred.

  • All returns must be made to Beverlys.com. Your local store cannot accept the return of any merchandise purchased on Beverlys.com. Please address all returns to:

  • Include a copy of your order confirmation, or invoice, in any returned package, so that we may identify you.
