Debbie Ring

I came to Beverly's because of the fabric and crafts. This is my dream job. I love sewing and what better place is there to work other than a fabric store? My favorite season at Beverly’s is Christmas, because of all the trees and festive activities of this time of the year. It’s a time when family's get together and share memories.

I love to see what people are making and have always enjoyed seeing the many talents of our customers. It is fun to help people with a project that they may not be sure of. When customers come back because they want to try more projects it is very rewarding. I appreciate it when people bring in their completed projects or their "still in the works" projects because I love seeing how talented they are. The number one comment we hear is "I enjoy coming in to look at all the displays”. I appreciate our customers because they are inspiring and talented people.

Personally, I love to sew. I am skilled at sewing and have an eye for color. I have been sewing since I was 10 with the help of my mom who was a very talented seamstress. I enjoy picking out fabrics for quilts because quilting and cross-stitching are two of my favorite creative projects. I just recently tried Locker Hooking and love it.

My co-workers are like family to me. We have a great team here and everyone forgets about the stresses of life when we step into our store and we all try to make our days as fun as we can. I love the displays and the warmness of our store. It’s my home away from home. We are a fun place to shop with many talented employees. We strive for the best customer service and we let our customers know that we appreciate them.
