Materials
Plastic Headband
Red Ribbon
Red Felt
White Felt
Red Yarn
Large White Pompom
Glue
Instructions:
• Wrap headband with ribbon as shown in Beverly's Ribbon Wrapped Headband Video.
• Fold short edge of felt up to long edge to make cone shape. Trim to make cone
• Wrap a piece of yarn around cone, adhering in spots to look like a piece of red licorice
• Cut a 2” piece of white felt and attach to bottom of cone for brim
• Glue pompom to tip of cone
• Attach to headband
