Materials
Plastic Headband
Brown Ribbon
Brown Fun Foam
Feathers
Ribbon
Instructions:
• Wrap headband with ribbon as shown in Beverly's Ribbon Wrapped Headband Video.
• Cut a circle from fun foam to make hat brim. Cut a slightly smaller circle for top
• Cut a 4” wide strip of fun foam. Glue around hat top circle
• Adhere edge of hat, shaping so that it is slightly smaller than top
• Glue hat to brim
• Cut a slit in the bottom of brim and adhere to headband
• Embellish with ribbon and feathers
