Materials

  • 2 White Cards
  • Embossing Folder
  • Decorative Papers
  • 1/8 inch Ribbon
  • Petaloo™ Flowers
  • Rhinestones
  • Double-Sided Tape
  • Hot Glue

  1. Using the embossing folder and an embossing machine such as a Big Shot™, emboss the front flaps of each of the two white cards.
  2. Mark the center of the open edge and cut a point on both cards.
  3. Now, overlap the two cards, one on the left and one on the right so that both center points overlap. Use the double-sided tape to secure in place.
  4. Cut a decorative paper to cover the center of the inside of the card. Use the double-sided tape and secure in place.
  5. Cut another smaller piece of paper and tape that in place on top.
  6. You may wrap 1/8 inch ribbon on the top and bottom of that piece of paper and secure to the back before taping in place.
  7. Put rhinestones in the corners of the white card.
  8. Cut a 1inch x 10 inch piece of paper to wrap as a sleve to slide over the card.
  9. Secure the sleve with double-sided tape in the back.
  10. Slide the sleve over the completed invitation.
  11. Wrap with a piece of the 1/8 inch ribbon.
  12. Hot glue small Petaloo™ flowers in place under the ribbon.
  13. To embellish the envelope, cut a decorative piece of paper to size. Slide that paper inside the envelope.
  14. Now, cut a triangle of paper to fit right above the bottom piece for the flap.
  15. Secure the flap Paper in place with double-sided tape.
