Higgins Waterproof Drawing Ink: Carmine Red

This gorgeous carmine ink is waterproof and is ideal for both students and professionals. The pigment-based ink dries very slowly to a semi-gloss finish. There is no resultant crazing and a slight embossing effect is possible. It is recommended for use with brushes, dip-pens or airbrushes on paper or on board.
