Instructions

1. Prime paint your manikin in all white – let dry.
2. Section off the neckline and paint that Flesh.
3. Mod Podge the vellum paper onto the skirt portion – leaving wrinkles like fabric. Let dry.
4. Cut outline from doily, trim and apply glue to neckline for collar.
5. Trim and add Petaloo™ embellishment.
6. Dry brush (a brush with almost all the paint dabbed off on a paper towel) the skirt portion in pink.
7. Add the black ribbon and buckle – glue into place.
