Embossed Pennant Card

Instructions

1. Cut a 5"x7" piece of Mermaid cardstock. Adhere to front of card.
2. Cut a 4"x6" piece of white cardstock. Emboss following manufacturer's instructions with embossing plate.
3. Cut embossed cardstock into four 1"x6" inch strips. Notch ends.
4. Adhere notched strips evenly across front of card.
5. Cut a 2"x5" strip of Mermaid Cardstock. Cut a 1-¾"x5" strip of white cardstock. Edge punch both long edges. Adhere to center of Mermaid strip.
6. Adhere ribbon in the center of Mermaid and white cardstock strips. Attach to front of card.
7. Cut or punch a Mermaid scalloped circle. Cut or punch a white scalloped circle, ½" smaller than the first. Adhere to each other, then use pop dot to adhere over edge punched strip. Embellish with flower.
