I am drawn to Beverly's because of the customers and staff. What makes Beverly's different to other retailers is the atmosphere in the store. The staff is genuine and sincere in providing support for the guests in the store. We listen to our guests' requests and suggestions. One such request was to carry a wider variety of Red Heart Super Saver Yarn. We met the challenge and expanded our stitchery department to accommodate our guests' needs.

I enjoy having conversations with customers, and deliver the best possible guest experience by offering them solutions to their craft ideas and projects. It is rewarding to see a customer come back and show us their finished product, and their satisfaction of completion.

Our guests return to our store because they get a sense of excitement and inspiration everytime they step foot in our doors.
