How do I place an order?
  1. Use the navigation bar or search at the top of the page.
  2. Pick your items and click on Add to Cart. You can add and subtract items as needed.
  3. When ready to checkout, click on "CART" at the top of the page to checkout.
  4. You may choose to register to save time on future purchases.
  5. Your order will be processed immediately, on our secure servers and you will receive a confirmation via email.

Do you have a catalog?
Sorry, we do not have a catalog. Due to the ever changing nature of our product line, we do not maintain a printed catalogue. All in stock items are listed online. Our products are listed on our site only.

How can I estimate shipping before I order?
Add the items to your shopping cart and then enter in your zip code into the "Shipping Information" section. The available shipping options and prices will then appear.
How will I get confirmation that my order shipped?
You will receive an email when the order ships showing total amount to be charged. The second email will be updated to show the exact quantities being sent and any changes to shipping charges based on any requests for alternate shipping. This email will also include a tracking number (if available). Note: It is very important that you enter your correct email address. If you mistype your email address, we are not able to send you your order confirmation, tracking number and order shipment confirmation.
How long does it take for an order to ship?
Most orders are shipped within 1 business day, but in some cases may take up to 3 business days.
When will my package arrive?
UPS Ground shipping map:

Ground UPS : Processing time 1-2 business day(s); delivery time 2 to 7 business days (domestic).
2nd Day: Current processing time 1-2 business day(s); delivery time 2 business days (domestic).
U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail : Current processing time 1-2 business day(s); delivery time 4 to 7 business days (domestic). Some locations will take longer. Unfortunately, BEVERLYS.COM can not accept any responsibility for US Postal Service shipments including those shipments sent to P.O. Boxes.
What are my shipping options?
For most orders you may choose USPS or UPS during checkout. If you do not see a particular shipping option while checking out then it is not available for your order. We cannot accept any responsibility for lost APO, FPO shipments. APO customers are 100% responsible for delivery of the products once they have shipped from our facility.
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely! We ship to most locations around the globe.
My package was shipped via USPS and it has been lost, what do I do?
Unfortunately, BEVERLYS.COM can not accept any responsibility for lost U. S. Postal Service shipments. Contact your local post office and tell them that you have a box or envelope that was lost. Then, request that they initiate a MRC Search Request. MRC stands for Mail Recovery Center, which is the Postal Service center that ultimately receives all the mail and packages that are undeliverable. The postal employee handling your request will need to gather some information from you to complete the form. First, to file a MRC Search Request, the value of your lost item or its contents must be valued at $25 or more. You will need to give them the sender's and recipient's addresses. They will also need the phone numbers of both parties. You will need to give a very complete description of the package and its contents, as this will help the MRC staff narrow down their search and locate your article faster. You can submit pictures of your item or a similar item to help in the search. Once you have given the USPS all the required information, the form will be emailed and you will be notified by them if they find your article. What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards as well as PayPal.
Is my credit card information secure?
Yes, we encrypt all information sent via the Internet, so that data arrives privately and securely at its destination.
When is my credit card charged?
The order and payment information you provide will be sent electronically and is not charged until we have shipped the order.

Returns and Refunds

What is your Return Policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days for a full product refund. The item(s) must be shipped back to us and cannot be returned to other Beverly store locations.
How long does my refund take?
Once we have received and processed your return, we will send you an email stating the amount we are crediting your credit card. Please allow 10 business days for us to process your return. It may take up to two credit card statements for your credit to appear.

Please Note: All orders for liquidation sale are shipped as is, invoice adjustments will be made as necessary.
